Refund & Cancellation Policy
Brightpaths LLC provides education program administration, coordination, documentation, reporting, digital workflow assistance, and project support services. Because our services require administrative planning, preparation time, scheduling, research, digital setup, reporting, documentation, and staff resources, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation by contacting Brightpaths LLC in writing. Cancellation requests should include the client name, organization name, service purchased, invoice number if available, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
- The service has not yet started.
- No administrative work, planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation, consulting, or digital setup has been performed.
- No third-party costs, software charges, printing costs, vendor expenses, or project-specific purchases have been incurred.
- The cancellation request is submitted before the agreed project start date.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed services, work already performed, consulting sessions, prepared program documents, delivered reports, templates, digital files, custom research, planning, vendor expenses, software costs, printing, and project-specific expenses are generally non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method and financial institution.
